The 26th GW-ICC & APHC 2015 IS NOW



The 26th Great Wall International Cardiology Conference & Asia Pacific Heart Congress 2015(GW-ICC & APHC)will be held in China National Convention Center (CNCC) from October 29-November 1, 2015 with the theme of "Bridging the Gap, Facing the Challenge”.

This conference is jointly organized by more than 20 domestic and international cardiovascular academic organizations, it will cover 13 academic fields, 18 kinds of sessions, nearly 60 professional categories, more than 400 academic exchange activities, seminars, training workshops, exhibitions and joint forums run with nearly 20 well-known international academic organizations. It is expected to receive more than 1,000 scholars from nearly 30 countries and regions, more than 2,000 experts across China and over 15,000 guests and representatives, who will share and learn the latest progress, knowledge and innovation in cardiology and related fields. 

The Conference is now call for abstracts worldwide and interested authors can log on directly to the conference website for online submission of their English abstracts, topics, clinical study results and case reports. 

Accepted abstracts will be published in the supplement of JACC (JACC, IF 15.343) while significant research results and excellent abstracts will be shared at the congress sessions of related topics and be eligible to participate in the English speech contest (non-native English-speakers), oral presentation or poster display, etc.

Abstract Requirement & Submission Method:

1. Content: All papers should be in the form of abstracts and the content should be true, accurate, scientific, up-to-date, contains no confidential or personal information nor controversy over authorship. The manuscripts could be in English or Chinese and English abstracts shall contain no Chinese characters.

2. All abstracts should have a title, authors’ name, organization and text with no tables, figures or graphs. The abstract length should be between 1,800 to 3,500 characters for English abstract. The abstract should be informative as possible, and structured by using the following headings: a) Objective b) Methods c) Results (data should be addressed) d) Conclusion 

3. All abstracts must be submitted with accurate personal information to ensure that notification of acceptance/rejection will be send to the corresponding author in a timely manner. Submissions must be made under author’s full name. 

4. Please ensure the accuracy of author’s name and organization before you click ‘Submit’. Authors are fully responsible for their own submission. Please keep a copy of your submission.

5. Paper modification or withdrawal for any reason should be done via e-mail or telephone within 7 days upon receiving the notification. Notification will be sent via email and the list is made available on our congress website. 

6. Abstracts that have been accepted cannot be modified or withdrawn. Please log on to the event website to submit your abstract.
